Massage has many beneficial and long lasting effects. Massage helps in the rejuvenation of tired muscles, stress relief and relief of headaches and back pain.

Reflexology

Foot reflexology is a non-intrusive treatment performed on a massage table or specifically designed reflexology chair, with no need to get undressed. As only shoes and socks are removed, it is simply perfect for the corporate workplace or event setting.

Corporate reflexology treatments typically take 15 to 30 minutes in duration. Event reflexology treatments are as short as 10 minutes per person.

Corporate Yoga

Corporate yoga teaches people how to handle and manage stress. It is great for anyone of any age and no previous experience is necessary for our classes – we tailor classes to suit your needs.
