Our experienced team of yoga instructors offer a dynamic class which includes active postures and breathing techniques. Our workplace yoga classes are tailored to a level which is appropriate for your team.

Office yoga can be scheduled for a time that suits you. Perhaps you are after an early morning yoga class as a great start to day. Others prefer a lunchtime class, with some workplaces opting for a late afternoon class.

Workplace yoga programs are suitable for everyone although our instructor will always ask about any pre-existing illness or pain.

Maximum Participants: 25

10-14 participants: $14 pp per class
15-19 participants: $10 pp per class
20-25 participants: $8 pp per class

Yoga prices are based on an 8-10 week course. One off corporate or special event classes can also be arranged.
For more than 25 participants, multiple classes can be organised.
