What qualifications do Simply Massage staff have?

Every Simply Massage therapist (massage and reflexology) and yoga instructor is highly trained. Each is fully accredited, insured and highly experienced. We never employ backpackers or people with limited experience. We are so confident in our level of service, that we offer a money back guarantee.

Each of our therapists undertakes professional education annually so to stay well informed and educated in their specific field.

Do your Therapists offer advice on improving workplace comfort & safety?

Every Simply Massage massage therapist is ergonomics aware. When required, they will offer advice on aspects such as workstation set-up as well as lifting and suitable stretching techniques.

What are the costs for massage, reflexology and yoga?

Our prices are extremely competitive. Weekday massage and reflexology rates start at $77 per hour (including GST). Corporate yoga rates depend on the numbers involved, and start at $8 per person. We do not vary our prices depending on who is paying.

Who pays for the workplace massage, reflexology and yoga?

There are three options available:

  • 100% employer funded. The employer may pay for the service to occur on a regular basis as part of their OH&S strategy.
  • Subsidised. The employer may chose to cover part of the cost and the employee pays the remainder. Health Fund rebates may be available to the employee in this case. We are accredited with every major health fund.
  • 100% employee funded. Health Fund rebates may be available to the employee in this case.

What forms of payment are accepted?

If the workplace massages, reflexology or yoga are 100% employer funded, cash, cheque, direct bank transfers and major credit cards are accepted.

If the employee is covering any part of the payment, then cash or cheque will be accepted at the time of the massage. A receipt suitable for Health Fund rebates will be issued.

Cash or cheques are accepted as payment for our Group Yoga classes where each individual pays.

How does the ‘Simply Massage in a Bottle’ Gift Voucher work?

Our gift vouchers come packaged neatly and in a quirky little bottle. You purchase a voucher for corporate massage or corporate reflexology for your team or as an external client team gift. The voucher is delivered to the recipient who has a full six months to redeem the voucher- they just make contact with us and we’ll arrange it all.

What kind of events do you cater for?

Simply Massage is in the business of making people ‘feel good’. We provide massage and reflexology at all kinds of events including trade shows, parties, corporate entertaining, exhibitions, grand openings, corporate sports days (touch football, golf, triathlons, tennis etc) and pamper days including Mother’s Group get togethers, Hen’s Days and office pamper days. We are mobile and will come to your retreat or event venue.
